We arrived in Rome late Friday evening. We were very excited and slightly tired.
We flew with easyjet… They are easy in the terms of lazy. You do t get an allocated seat do you queue up and jam on like sheep in run, baa!
This was a new experience and you have to pay for drinks and snacks so it is a better option to either pay more for your flight, don’t be a pig or BYO.
After we arrived we jumped on a bus I pre booked for the grand total of £7 each instead of a £50min cab fare.
We then had to walk from termini to our accommodation which seemed an easy wall according to our crumple map.
It was up and down hills and Clive whined a fair bit. As soon as we found a gelateria he zipped it.
So now bags and Gelato in hand we kept heading to our accommodation which was it a fantastic location near the Piazza Navona, also spacious and clean. After a very quick check in we set off to find Clive brother and his girlfriend and a family friend of the sissleberries.
We actually managed this. I think the travelling has developed our skills navigating our way around foreign cities.
We found everyone happy and excited. After empty stomachs and too much vino it was time for bed.

To be continued…. Due to having to get off my train..
